All reviews are linked to real business transactions. Only companies who’ve actually worked with a supplier can leave a review — no fake reviews, no gaming the system. This ensures the data is reliable and actionable.
What are industry-specific metrics?
Metrics are tailored to each industry, focusing on reliability, communication, quality, responsiveness, and value.
Can I track performance trends over time?
Yes. Hivee tracks performance trends over time. Businesses get a clear view of long‑term reliability, and suppliers can monitor their own progress. This feature will be fully available after the pilot — during the pilot we focus on collecting the data that powers these trends.
Can I review a supplier who isn't on the platform yet?
Yes. You can review a supplier even if they’re not on Hivee yet. Businesses can log evaluations for any supplier they work with, and suppliers who aren’t on the platform will still receive a score and profile that becomes active if they choose to join later. This keeps the system open, flexible, and useful from day one for both sides.
How does the scoring system work?
We use simple tick-box questions rated 1-5 (with half points). These are converted into a 0-100% score with color-coded bars (green, amber, red) for easy visual assessment.
Is my data and privacy protected?
Absolutely. Contact details are private. Connection requests must be accepted before any contact information is shared, ensuring all interactions are consensual.
